We review the project and respond within 48 business hours with recommended options, pricing and next steps. Your quote is based on the actual order.
Review and Approve the Artwork
You receive a digital proof showing the design, placement and garment direction. Production does not begin until the project is approved.
Confirm Final Details and Payment
Final sizes, quantities and delivery information are confirmed before production. Payment requirements and the production schedule are included with your quote.
Production and Fulfillment
Your order moves into production after approval and payment. Pickup or shipping follows the timeline confirmed for your project.

What qualifies as a bulk order?
Bulk orders begin at 20 pieces. Smaller projects should use the Custom Apparel request option so we can evaluate them separately.
Do I need all the sizes before requesting a quote?
No. An approximate quantity and general size range are enough to begin. Final sizes and quantities must be confirmed before production.
Do you publish bulk price lists?
No. Garment choice, quantity, sizes, print locations, personalization and deadline can significantly change the cost. You receive a written quote based on the actual project.
Can I provide my own artwork?
Yes. Upload a high-resolution PNG, JPG, PDF or SVG with your request. If the file needs preparation, we will explain what is required before production.
Can Nikki Nicole Creative create the design?
Yes. Design assistance is available. Describe what you need and include reference images, colors and wording. Any applicable design fee will be included in the quote.
How quickly will I receive a response?
You will receive a response within 48 business hours with questions, recommendations or next steps for your quote.
How long will production take?
The production timeline is confirmed with your quote because it depends on quantity, garment availability, design complexity and the requested deadline. Production begins after final approval and payment requirements are completed.
Is local pickup available?
Local pickup is available for approved projects in the Jacksonville and St. Johns area. Shipping is also available within the United States.
Can each item have a different name or number?
Yes. Individual names and numbers can be added when the garment and design allow it. Include personalization in the original request so it can be quoted correctly.
