Frequently Asked Questions

Shopping and sizing

How should I choose my size?

Fit varies by garment. Review the product description, available size chart and fit notes before ordering. Many Comfort Colors tees have a relaxed unisex fit.

Are the colors shown exact?

Product photography is prepared to represent each color as accurately as possible. Screen settings and garment-dye variation can create slight differences.

Processing, shipping and returns

How long does an order take?

Ready-to-ship products generally process within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order and smaller custom items generally require 5–7 business days after all details and approvals are complete. Bulk-order timelines are confirmed with the project quote because garment availability, quantity, design complexity and the requested deadline can affect production. Review the Shipping and Processing page for full information.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because many products are made or prepared specifically for each order, returns and exchanges are limited. Review the Return & Refund Policy before purchasing. Contact Nikki Nicole Creative within seven days if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

Personalization

How do I submit personalized wording?

Follow the instructions on the product page and verify spelling before checkout. Personalized products are produced from the information submitted with the order. If an on-page field is not visible, use the cart order notes and avoid accelerated checkout so the note is included.

Can a personalized order be changed?

Contact Nikki Nicole Creative immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed after design or production work begins.

Digital products

Will a physical product be shipped?

No, unless the listing specifically states that a physical item is included. Digital PDFs can be downloaded and used according to the instructions on the product page. Digital purchases are final.

Custom and bulk orders

What counts as a bulk order?

Bulk orders begin at 20 pieces. Schools, hospitals, businesses, churches, teams, family reunions, organizations and events can submit a project request through the Bulk Orders page.

Why are bulk prices not listed?

Pricing depends on quantity, garment, sizes, artwork, decoration, personalization and timing. Each qualified project is reviewed and quoted individually.

What is the difference between custom and bulk?

Custom Apparel is for a smaller design or product request that needs individual review. Bulk Orders is the structured intake path for projects beginning at 20 pieces.

How quickly will I hear back about a bulk request?

Nikki Nicole Creative responds within 48 business hours with questions, recommendations or the next steps for a quote.

How can I speak with someone about a larger project?

Call (904) 539-7380 or email hello@nikkinicolecreative.com. The request form remains the fastest way to submit quantities, artwork and deadline information.
