Shipping and Processing
Processing times
Ready-to-ship items generally leave Nikki Nicole Creative within 1–2 business days unless the product page states otherwise.
Made-to-order and custom apparel generally requires 5–7 business days after payment, design approval and all required personalization details are received. Large, personalized or specialty orders may require additional time. Any extended timeline will be communicated before production begins.
Shipping options
- Standard shipping: $8. Estimated carrier transit time is 3–5 business days after processing.
- Free standard shipping: Available on eligible orders of $75 or more.
- Express shipping: $15 where available. Express shipping shortens carrier transit time but does not shorten production or personalization time.
Tracking information is sent when your order ships. Carrier delivery estimates begin after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
Address accuracy
Please review your shipping address before completing checkout. If an address needs to be corrected, contact hello@nikkinicolecreative.com as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
Digital products
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping. No physical item will arrive unless the product page specifically states that a physical item is included.
