Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for size preference or change of mind. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering and size accordingly.

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived with a manufacturing defect, email hello@nikkinicolecreative.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We will send a replacement at no charge.

Custom orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation. After that window, production begins and we are unable to make modifications, cancellations, or refunds.

Digital products are non-refundable. Because digital files are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales on digital products are final, including workbooks, guides, generators, and card sets.
