A simple classroom check-in that gives students more than one way to name how they feel and ask for support.

Feelings are easier to talk about when there’s a place to start.

How Are You Peeling? gives students a simple way to name what they are feeling, ask for support, and choose whether they want to share publicly or privately. The goal is not to make every feeling a class discussion. It is to give students a clear starting point and teachers a flexible way to check in.
